    Of course it would have to be raw vegan cacao date balls! I love them because they are so versatile! Any nut or seeds can be used as a base, and any flavoring can be added. The dates can actually be subbed with figs, the cacao with ground dehydrated fruit. The possibilties are endless!!

    My favorite healthy dessert is making peanut butter chocolate Yonanas. I first heard about Yonanas on your blog and became obsessed. Reese’s and Froyo are my two favorite things, and now I get to enjoy them in a healthy way!

    Of late, your date shake is my go to when I’m craving something sweet. It is perfectly sweet and creamy, on point. Love the advice given during your chat hour and warming it. I skipped the cocoa and sometimes add a little coffee since it has been bitterly cold her. Either way, one of my favorites right now 🙂

    One of my favorite healthy desserts, is banana ice cream. It’s just a frozen banana blended smooth in a food processor (or blender) with 1 tbsp. of peanut butter. It is soooo delicious and refreshing.
