I hope everyone had a fabulous & healthy holiday weekend!
Welcome back, it’s TOAST TUESDAY!

Today’s toast is a sweet and hearty multi-grain bread with creamy swiss cheese, sunflower seeds, and a drizzle of honey. One of my favorite new toast creations!

Sunflower Swiss Toast
Serves 1

1 slice Milton’s Healthy Multi-Grain bread
1 triangle Laughing Cow Spreadable Light Creamy Swiss Cheese
1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tsp honey

Toast the bread, spread with Swiss cheese, sprinkle with sunflower seeds, and drizzle with honey.

I just found your blog and I’m loving it!! I just switched to eating a mainly plant based diet and I’m loving it! I’m also newly pregnant with my 3rd baby. I’m anxious to see how this way of eating goes this time around as with my other pregnancies I was eating a lot of processed crap and tons of meat and junk food. I think this pregnancy may be a breeze! I look forward to your next post!

What type of bread do you eat? Is it just whole grain or do you do like Ezekiel bread?

I love all different kinds form Milton’s Whole Wheat and Multigrain to Ezekiel! The Ezekiel sprouted grain low sodium in my favorite because it’s so dense :)

Wow! I just finished a piece of this and it was outstanding! I loved the sweet, savory, salty (I used salted sunflower seeds). Thanks for a great combination.
